USS Carr arrives in Boston

The USS Constitution, which anchors at the Charlestown Navy Yard, conducted a harbor cruise Friday to greet the US Navy frigate USS Carr as the frigate arrived in Boston for the weekend. At left, sailors aboard the Carr watched as the Constitution turned in Boston Harbor.
